Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
